Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive manner, and a drive to meet sales targets. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and converting leads into sales. You will also follow up with existing customers to upsell products or services and maintain relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation activities.
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products or services.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with a sales representative.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
